Clear answers for citizens, ready for the website, the lobby screen and the counter.

Opening hours, how to apply for a certificate, what goes in which bin: the questions a town hall answers every day, turned into short videos and cards that citizens can watch at home and staff can point to at the counter. One reviewed answer, everywhere.

One service or one rule per video, narrated and captioned.

Five calendar cards fanned on a table, each with a grid and coloured dots for one of the five bins.

    When and where to go

The town hall is open Monday to Friday, from eight thirty to one o'clock. On Tuesday and Thursday it also opens in the afternoon, from three to five thirty. It is closed at weekends. The registry office works by appointment only, so book your slot online before you come. Bring an identity document, and arrive a few minutes early.

    Asking for a certificate online

You can ask for a certificate without leaving home, in four steps. First, sign in with your digital ID. Second, choose the certificate you need. Third, pay the fee, if there is one. Fourth, download the PDF. Before you send the request, check your name, date of birth and address. A small mistake can mean a new request.

    What goes in which bin

Five bins, five colours. Blue is for paper and cardboard. Yellow is for plastic bottles and metal cans, rinsed and flattened. Green is for glass. Brown is for food scraps. Grey is for everything else, and only that. If you are not sure, check the card on the lid, or ask the town hall.

Bulky waste and the recycling centre

A sofa or a wardrobe does not go in a bin. Book the free pickup by phone or on the town hall website, and put the item at the kerb the evening before. Or take it yourself to the recycling centre, open Wednesday and Saturday mornings. Bring your waste card, and unload where the staff show you.
