We turn what your company knows into courses people actually finish.

Send us your manuals, procedures and product documentation, or just a brief. We write, illustrate, narrate and review the material, shape it for whoever has to learn it, and deliver it into the systems you already use.

01  What we produce

Three kinds of work, one team and one production process behind all of them.

Training for your employees

Onboarding, internal procedures, safety, privacy and compliance, product knowledge. Written from your own documents, in your vocabulary.

Education for partners and customers

Dealer and reseller training, certification paths, customer onboarding, product academies. Content that reduces support calls and sells the product better.

Material for schools and publishers

Curriculum material for early years, primary and secondary schools and vocational institutes, including accessible versions for learners with specific needs.

Starting from your material

Manuals, wikis, slide decks, recorded meetings, internal procedures. We reorganise them into something a person can learn from. Your material stays confidential and is used only for your project.

Starting from a brief

No source documents? Tell us the subject and the goal. We research and write it from scratch, and a subject expert checks every piece before you see it.

02  Formats

One script, every format you need

Each lesson starts as a single reviewed script. Text, questions, images, voice and video are all produced from it, so they never contradict each other.

A flashcard with an illustration of a worker walking inside the yellow line while a forklift passes, the question, the answer with its explanation and an audio player.
Texts
Lessons, summaries, handbooks and quick reference cards, in the tone you choose: playful, plain or technical.
Questions and answers
Quizzes, flashcards and realistic scenarios, each with an explained answer so a mistake teaches something.
Images
Illustrations in a consistent style across the whole course: picture book, technical diagram or your own brand guidelines.
Voices
Narration in different voices and languages, chosen to suit the audience, with the same volume from one lesson to the next.
Video
Short explainers and walkthroughs built from the same script, for people who learn better by watching.
Styles
The same material can ship in more than one style, for example a formal version for staff and a lighter one for customers.

Forklifts and people share the aisles of a warehouse, and the forklift always wins. That is why every aisle has a yellow walkway. Walk inside the line, stop at every crossing, and wait until the driver looks at you and nods. A forklift cannot stop quickly with a full pallet, so never rely on the driver seeing you.

Static content

Finished files delivered once: documents, audio, video, course packages. Ready to publish, archive or print.

Dynamic content

Content served live to your app: new lessons as they are approved, corrections that reach every user at once.

03  Uses

Made once, used wherever your people and customers are

The same reviewed script can end up in your CRM, on the lobby screen or at the door of a machine. Here are some of the places it can go.

Inside the company

  • Onboarding paths

A first-week programme sent to every new hire, step by step, in their own language.

  • Sales and CRM

Product explainers and one-page cards your team opens from the customer record or sends as a link.

  • Machines and equipment

A QR code on the machine that opens the short procedure, read aloud, right where it is needed.

  • Shift briefings and meetings

A few minutes of content played at the start of a shift or a meeting, the same for every team.

Towards customers and partners

  • Your website and help centre

Explainers, how-tos and product videos embedded in your own pages.

  • Your social channels

Short clips and cards cut from the same script, in the format each channel asks for.

  • Email and messaging

Micro-lessons and reminders sent by email or WhatsApp, one idea at a time.

  • Dealers, resellers and franchises

The same course in the language of each country, so every network trains alike.

On screens and speakers

  • Lobby and reception screens

A looping presentation on the TV in the hall of a hotel, factory or clinic: who you are, house rules, today's safety message.

  • Shop floor and point of sale

Product and procedure reminders on the screens people already pass by.

  • Fairs and open days

Loops for the stand, demo stations and printed cards, all from the same material.

  • Audio on the move

Narration to listen to in the car, on the train or between two jobs.

04  Audiences

Same subject, a different lesson for each audience

Vocabulary, length, examples and format change with who is learning. Here is one topic, personal data, as we would open it for five different groups.

Preschool

Picture cards, read aloud

“Some things are only yours, like your toothbrush. Your name and where you live are like that too: we keep them safe.”
Narration, 0:12
A smiling small child holding a blue toothbrush in a cup with a blank name tag, in front of a cosy little house, in picture-book style.

Schools

Short lessons with checks

“When a game asks for your birthday, it is collecting personal data. Before you type it, ask: why does it need it?”
Narration, 0:09
A pupil of about twelve at a classroom desk, resting a hand on the chin and looking thoughtfully at a tablet game that has a blank date field.

Vocational institutes

Work situations, step by step

“At reception you will handle ID documents. Here is what you may copy, what you may not, and where the copy goes afterwards.”
Narration, 0:08
A trainee at a hotel reception desk looking carefully at an ID card while a guest waits across the desk.

Tech teams

Concrete cases from their own stack

“Log the request ID, never the payload. An email address in a stack trace is an incident with your name on the commit.”
Narration, 0:08
A developer at a desk beside a monitor full of abstract terminal lines with one red highlighted line.

Executives

Decisions, responsibilities, costs

“After a breach you have 72 hours to notify. This module covers who decides, who signs, and what it costs when nobody does.”
Narration, 0:10
Three people sitting at a boardroom table with a wall clock behind them and an hourglass timer on the table.

05  Demos

See what we would make for your sector

Each demo shows the topics, the formats and a sample module we would produce. If your sector is not here, tell us about it: these are examples, not limits.

06  Process

How a project runs

You approve a sample before we produce in volume, so there are no surprises at the end.

  1. 1

    Scoping

One call to agree on audience, goals, source material, languages, format and where the content has to end up.

  2. 2

    Pilot module

We produce one module end to end. You check tone, depth and format, and we adjust before going further.

  3. 3

    Production and review

Text, images and narration for the whole programme. Every piece is checked by a subject expert, and by your own reviewer if you want one.

  4. 4

    Delivery and upkeep

The content lands where we agreed. When a procedure or a product changes, we update the affected pieces, not the whole course.

07  Quality

Made by our own tools, checked by people

Every text, voice, image and video comes out of procedures and tools we built and maintain ourselves, running the latest AI models on the market. A person checks every piece before it reaches you, and you can check it too.

Our procedures, the latest models
Scripts, images, narration and video are produced by in-house procedures that drive the best AI models available. When a better model comes out we adopt it, and the procedure around it stays the same.
Automatic checks first
Before anyone looks at a piece, our tools check it: the text against the brief, the images for stray lettering, logos and defects, the narration against its text and for an even volume.
A person approves every piece
A subject expert reviews each text, image and voice, and nothing is delivered without that approval.
Verification tools for you
You get the review screens we use ourselves: read and listen to each piece in list, grid, focus or listening mode, filter by status, and leave a note on a single piece. Check everything or just a sample: you decide how deep to go.
Every step on record
Each project keeps a black box: every model used, every prompt and reply, every attempt and discarded version, with time and cost. The source documents you send us are never deleted.
Go back to any version
We keep the previous versions of a piece and you choose which one stays. If you prefer an earlier version, or another combination of text, image and voice, we restore it.

08  Delivery and security

Made on our platform, delivered into yours

We produce everything on our own platform, built for this job: briefs, review queues, versions and approvals live in one place. What you receive is shaped to your systems, not ours.

Your learning platform
Courses packaged for the LMS you already run.
Your app or intranet
Content synced through our API, so updates reach your users without a manual export.
Documents and print
Handbooks, worksheets and quick reference cards in your brand.
A format you specify
If none of the above fits, we agree on a format together and build the export for it.

Security and privacy by design

We work on your content, never on your people. That keeps the integration simple and the privacy question short.

  • No personal data processing

Producing and delivering content does not require any data about your employees, partners or customers, and we do not process it.

  • Encrypted connections

Every exchange with our platform, from the review screens to the API, travels over an encrypted connection.

  • Dedicated security keys

Each integration gets its own key. You can revoke or replace it at any time without touching the others.

  • Your material stays yours

Documents you share are used only for your project.

Tell us what your people need to learn.

A 30 minute call is enough to understand whether it fits, and to give you a scope and a price for a pilot module.
